I didn’t raise my rates for eight years. I always charged by the hour, and I kept bumping up against three big things:

Being the Implementor
I had great relationships with my clients, but I was the doer. Every time they’d bring in an outside consultant to do the strategy part I’d die a little inside. I was watching them pay other people when they could have been paying me.

There’s nothing wrong with tactical execution, but doing it without a strategy is a freakin’ nightmare. My quality of clients greatly improved as soon as I started taking a strategy-first approach to everything I do.

How the Strategy Intensive Works
This is a two-hour intensive (with implementation support) where we work together on the four foundational elements of your strategy: product, position, price, and promotion.
This is delivered as an intensive because you don’t need another course or a six-month group program. We'll have this done and ready to go in a matter of days, not months so you're ready to sell the strategy.
Here’s how it goes down:
Before:
The STS Prep Plan
We schedule your session, and then you get the STS Prep Plan to fill out. This will help me get up to speed before our intensive so we can jump in right away.
During:
We Get Down to Business
We’ll do a two-hour session on Zoom to map out the four elements of your Sell the Strategy® plan.
After:
Your Sell the Strategy® Action Plan
Right after our call, I go away and prepare your STS Action Plan which is a document detailing your product, position, price and promotion. It'll give you what you need to put this into immediate action.
FoLLOW-UP:
Implementation Support
After your STS session, you'll get support for the next 45 days as you execute on your plan. This includes two 30-minute follow-up calls and Voxer support in between calls. Plus, I'll review any copy or supporting materials to ensure you're positioning your offer in the most impactful way.
